When is Movement Fishtown open, and what are the least busy times?
Movement Fishtown is open Monday–Friday, 6am–10pm, and Saturday–Sunday, 8am–8pm. The gym is usually quietest in the mornings and early afternoons on weekdays, and afternoons and evenings on weekends.

Where is Movement Fishtown located, and how do I get there (parking + transit)?
Movement Fishtown is located at 1700 N. American St. in Philadelphia, with the entrance on the corner of N. American St. and Cecil B. Moore Ave. We offer free parking in lots on both the north and south sides of the building, along with available street parking when the lots are full. For public transit, we recommend taking the 57 bus, which stops directly on N. American St.

What amenities does Movement Fishtown have (bouldering, rope climbing, yoga/fitness, showers, etc.)?
Movement Fishtown offers 41,000+ square feet dedicated to climbing, yoga, and fitness, including 29,000+ square feet of climbing terrain with both bouldering areas and 40-foot roped walls. The gym features climbing classes and instruction for all levels, a dedicated yoga studio, and fully equipped cardio and strength training spaces. We also offer a Kilter Board, a Tension Board 2, and other specialized training tools for focused progression. Members and guests can enjoy bike storage, community lounge areas, and a fully stocked gear shop carrying climbing essentials, plus large locker rooms with changing areas for added convenience.
The facility is ADA accessible with accessible restrooms and climbing areas.

I’m new—how do I start? Do you offer an intro class or a trial membership?
We’ve got you covered! Whether you’re learning the ropes or starting with bouldering, our intro classes are the perfect way to start your climbing journey. We also offer a 15-day trial membership that gives you unlimited access to climbing, yoga, and fitness—plus free gear rentals, access to both intro bouldering and intro ropes classes, and a waived initiation fee if you join afterward.
