  • Corporate Events + Large Parties

    Climbing is a powerful way to explore the dynamic relationship between people. It builds trust, communication skills, and expands comfort zones. Plus – it’s fun! 

    Whether you’re a company, school, scout group or group of friends, we’re ready to work with you on a program to meet your goals.

    If you would like to request a time or date not listed on our registration page, please fill out the interest form below.

  • Events must be booked 21 days in advance. Please send proposed dates/times in your initial email. Once a date and time for your event is confirmed, we will be in touch for payment. A 50% deposit is required to hold the booking within 48 hours of receiving an invoice/confirmation email. Cancellations must be made at least two weeks before the event for an 80% refund of the initial deposit. Should you need to reschedule within two weeks of the event, there will be a 20% fee (of the total price) added to your final balance.

    For corporate events, we charge $50 per climber with a minimum of 10 climbers per event.

Party FAQs

  • Changes to your event

    1. To decrease group size to a new price range: Call at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled party time and we can provide a refund for the difference in amount day of the event.
    2. To request to increase group size to a new price range: Call at least 14 days in advance. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide additional staff.
    3. We cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to accommodate any additional participants day of the event beyond the number booked due to safety considerations.
    4. For questions or changes to your reservation, please call the gym.
  • Cancellation Policy

    We know things happen and we’ll work with you.

    Climbing Parties:

    • To cancel or reschedule: Call at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled party time for an 80% refund of your deposit. Rescheduling is dependent on availability.

    Corporate and Large Group Events: 

    • A 50% deposit is required to book, but you can cancel with a 80% refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled event time. Rescheduling is dependent on availability
  • Food and Beverages

    Food is allowed at our facility. Groups that want to, must provide their own food, drink, and paper supplies.

    You will have a table available to serve food and drink buffet style.

    Alcohol and balloons are not permitted at our facility during a climbing program.

  • Paperwork REQUIRED for participants and spectators

    1. Anyone who enters our facility, climbers and guests, must have a waiver on file. If the participant is under the age of 18, their parent or legal guardian must sign the form. 
    2. To complete the waiver, the signee must present their photo ID when they arrive at the gym. A photocopy or photo on a phone of the parent/guardian’s ID is acceptable also for participants under 18 if that individual won’t be present at check-in.
    3. Completing the waiver process can take 5-10 minutes. To speed up your check-in process, direct your guests to complete the waiver online via the “manage booking” tab in your confirmation email or through the waiver form from our website.
  • What to wear

    Climbers should wear athletic shoes (closed-toe required) and flexible clothing such as shorts or sweats.
