This class is designed to allow students to stay for a 30-minute or 60-minute session.
Class begins with a 30-minute strength training session focused on building muscle development, core strength, overall stability, and metabolic conditioning. Expect to use dumbbells, kettlebells, and various fitness props.
Class wraps with a 30-minute high-intensity circuit-style session that combines cardio, mobility exercises, and bodyweight strength conditioning in one session. The class incorporates HIIT, Tabata, Cycling, and Cardio drills.
