And we change things up seasonally to help you crush it on the slopes, water, trail, or at the crag.

  • Strength

    A weights-based strength class focused on building core, stability and metabolic conditioning. Expect to use dumbbells, kettlebells, and/or bodyweight.

    A high-intensity circuit style class that combines calisthenics and strength training in one session.

  • Total Body Cardio

    High intensity and results-driven! Total Body Cardio is a 30-minute cardio class interspersed with kickboxing combinations, a variety of calisthenics, and muscle-toning bodyweight exercises. Can be taken individually or back-to-back with another class.
