Core Fit
Build strength and stability in your entire core through a variety of circuit or mat based exercises, using light weights, kettlebells and medicine balls.

A high intensity interval training run in a circuit style class that combines calisthenics, strength training and cardio all in one session.

Climbing Training
A cross-training class targeting climbers to increase strength, mobility and fitness so you can climb better and reduce injury. The class will focus on improving fitness and strengthening the whole body including upper body, legs, core and stability with the purpose of becoming a stronger climber. Plus, target areas to increase mobility, which is commonly lost as climbers become physically stronger, an important component to being a balanced climber.
