Opened in 2019, Callowhill remains the largest climbing gym in Pennsylvania, located in the heart of Philadelphia. Encompassing 37,000 square feet, it features an expansive bouldering floor, a dedicated roped-climbing area, a yoga studio, a comprehensive fitness center, and a full retail shop. As a community-focused gym, Callowhill hosts a diverse array of affinity group meet-ups for Philadelphia’s diverse population. Welcome to Movement Callowhill!

The Attic Youth Center’s mission is to create opportunities for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Questioning (LGBTQ) youth to develop into healthy, independent, civic-minded adults within a safe and supportive community and to promote the acceptance of LGBTQ youth in society.
Since 1993, over 20,000 LGBTQ youth and youth allies have walked through the doors of The Attic Youth Center.
🎨About the artist: Helena is a Rockville, Maryland-based freelance illustrator whose work features dreamy colors and nature-inspired vibes across video games, product design, and local art markets throughout the DMV region. She actively engages with the local art scene, frequently tabling at markets throughout Baltimore and the DMV area. Helena’s been climbing since 2016 as a boulderer at heart, though she’ll always offer to clean up sport anchors just to spend a little longer on the wall. She previously worked on the @movementgymsdmv Movement Rockville Murals in 2023, always trying to merge her artistic and climbing hobbies together. This year, she was given the opportunity to create a fun, dynamic graphic to showcase the vibrancy of the queer climbing community for this year’s Pride design, reflecting her love for finding new ways to subtly celebrate queer identity and explore gender expression. 🌈
