Opened in 2019, Callowhill is located in the heart of Philadelphia. Encompassing 37,000 square feet, it features an expansive bouldering floor, a dedicated roped-climbing area, a yoga studio, a comprehensive fitness center, and a full retail shop. When is Movement Callowhill open, and what are the least busy times?
Movement Callowhill is open Monday–Friday, 6am–10pm, and Saturday–Sunday, 8am–8pm. The gym is usually quietest in the mornings and early afternoons on weekdays, and afternoons and evenings on weekends.

Where is Movement Callowhill located, and how do I get there (parking + transit)?
Movement Callowhill is located at 1010 Callowhill St. in Philadelphia. There is street parking—both paid and free—throughout the neighborhood, plus free parking at Blatt Tire Autoshop at Callowhill St. and Ridge Ave. after 5 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends.
For public transit, the gym is easily accessible by SEPTA bus routes and the Broad Street Line, and is a short connection from Suburban Station and Jefferson Station, making travel from across the city simple.

Movement Callowhill offers bouldering and roped climbing, including top-rope and lead walls, a yoga studio, a fully equipped fitness center with cardio and strength training, and a world-class training zone with a Tension Board and MoonBoard. Additional amenities include a sauna, locker rooms with showers, climbing classes, and a fully stocked retail gear shop.

We’ve got you covered! Whether you’re learning the ropes or starting with bouldering, our intro classes are the perfect way to start your climbing journey. We also offer a 15-day trial membership that gives you unlimited access to climbing, yoga, and fitness—plus free gear rentals, access to both intro bouldering and intro ropes classes, and a waived initiation fee if you join afterward.
