  • Functional Strength Training for Climbers

    FSTC combines body weight training, climbing specific movements and functional core work to improve strength, balance, and stability through the entire body. This class also provides intentional mobility work to increase range of motion, help you become a more agile, and lessen the chance of injury in common areas where climbers tend to develop instability

    This class is designed to teach you proper form and execution of different weightlifting exercises. The emphasis of this class is to focus on toning, strength, and building cardiovascular endurance.     Train strength, power, and endurance in this climbing and fitness fusion class. Build strength and power through a circuit of weighted exercises, plyos, and core exercises and build climbing endurance through pyramid drills and volume work on the walls.
