Located just outside Clear Creek Canyon and a stones throw from the iconic cliffs of Eldorado Canyon, Movement Golden was built to inspire all climbers. It’s two-stories high and has private spaces for introductory classes as well as expert terrain including an overhanging arch and a top out boulder. And we know the Golden community loves to cross-train so we honor this lifestyle with well-stocked fitness areas, campus and system boards, and a yoga studio with views of Lookout Mountain.

What’s included with a Movement Golden membership?

When is Movement Golden open, and what are the least busy times?
Movement Golden is open Monday–Friday, 6am–11pm, Saturday, 8am–8pm, Sunday, 8am-6pm. The gym is usually quietest in the mornings and early afternoons on weekdays and afternoons and evenings on weekends.

Where is Movement Golden located, and how do I get there (parking + transit)?
Movement Golden is located at 700 Golden Ridge Rd, just outside Clear Creek Canyon and Eldorado Canyon. We have plenty of parking in our private lot and street parking available on Golden Ridge Rd. We’re just over a 10-minute walk from the Jefferson County Government Center – Golden Station on the W line of RTD commuter rail.

What amenities does Movement Golden have (bouldering, rope climbing, yoga/fitness, showers, etc.)?
Movement Golden offers rope climbing with walls up to 45 ft, bouldering, alead cave, a fitness space with weight and cardio equipment, a yoga studio, and unlimited yoga and fitness classes. You’ll also find locker rooms with showers, a gear shop, and community lounge areas.
The facility is ADA accessible with accessible restrooms and climbing areas. -
I’m new—how do I start? Do you offer an intro class or a trial membership?
We’ve got you covered! Whether you’re learning the ropes or starting with bouldering, our intro classes are the perfect way to start your climbing journey. We also offer a 15-day trial membership that gives you unlimited access to climbing, yoga, and fitness—plus free gear rentals, access to both intro bouldering and intro ropes classes, and a waived initiation fee if you join afterward.
