Movement Lincoln Park offers more than 43,000 square feet of climbing and fitness facilities to the active and creative community in Lincoln Park. This gym has more than 200 routes on walls topping out at 56-feet high – ample space for every age and ability. We love helping new climbers learn and offer several introductory classes. In addition, we are a full-service gym with amenities like cardio equipment and weights, fitness and yoga classes, expert instructors, and a fully-stocked gear shop.

It will be an action-packed day featuring two qualifying heats and a LIVE finals showdown at 5 PM. Expect from 3:00 - 5:00 PM an incredible lineup of vendors, prizes, raffles, and more and every competitor scores a FREE comp t-shirt! 🏆🎁
Also Heat 2 is FULL!🔥 and we have limited spots remaining in Heat 1! You can still sign up day-of until the first heat begins. Spectator entry is FREE, and to skip the check-in process, be sure to fill out the waiver on our website before you arrive.

5 beginner friendly climbing tips!🧗
#1 - climbing shoes: start with your gym’s rental gear, or a comfortable cheap pair of shoes. upgrade later!👟
#2 - full body exercise: climbing is a full body sport, utilize your legs and hips to get up the wall.💪
#3 - extend your arms: climbing with your arms extended helps to save energy and reduce fatigue.🔋🪫
#4 - warm up: it only takes 3-5 mins to help reduce injury!🔥
#5 - it’s okay to observe: observe other climbers and ask for beta (tips). climbing gyms are very social places!👯👯♀️
