    A circuit workout that progresses through various functional core strengthening exercises. Core workouts help build support and stability around the muscles connected to your spine, not just your abs!

  • Functional Strength Training for Climbers

    Functional Strength Training for Climbers (FSTC) combines body weight training, climbing specific movements and functional core work to improve strength, balance, and stability through the entire body; including the legs, back, core and shoulders.  This class also provides intentional mobility work to increase range of motion, help you become a more agile, and lessen the chance of injury in common areas where climbers tend to develop instability.
