Movement The Hill is a 37,000 square-foot space that features world-class bouldering under natural light, a boutique-style yoga studio, a full line-up of introductory and advanced climbing classes, and multi-level cardio and weight areas perfect for a warmup jog or a full Olympic lifting routine.

Movement Design District will be 42,000 square-feet of expansive bouldering, lead and top rope terrain with walls topping out at 55 feet! You’ll also find your favorite amenities including a yoga studio, functional fitness and cardio zones, training areas, fitness and climbing classes and a gear shop complete with expert advice.

Our Director
Originally from a small town in the backwoods of Texas, I was introduced to climbing at local spots at Mineral Wells and the Wichitas. I’ve enthusiastically been a part of the DFW climbing community for some time, and love to yell encouragement to people, whether I know them or not, and to engage with anyone who shares our passion for climbing and/or yoga! Other than climbing and yoga I enjoy video games, sci-fi novels, and backpacking.
