When is Movement The Hill open, and what are the least busy times?
Movement The Hill is open Monday through Friday from 6am to 11pm, Saturday from 8am to 8pm, and Sunday from 8am to 6pm. The gym is typically quietest on weekday mornings and early afternoons, while mid-day on weekends tends to be less busy than evenings.

Where is Movement The Hill located, and how do I get there (parking + transit)?
Movement The Hill is located at 8021 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, Texas. The gym offers free parking. It’s conveniently located near major roads, and local bus routes service the neighborhood for those arriving by public transit.

What amenities does Movement The Hill have (bouldering, rope climbing, yoga/fitness, showers, etc.)?
Movement The Hill offers bouldering terrain for all experience levels. The gym also features unlimited yoga and fitness classes, a fully equipped strength and conditioning fitness area, and an on-site gear shop with member discounts. Community events, clinics, and social meetups are regularly hosted to help climbers connect on and off the wall.
We do not offer rope climbing at this location. If you are interested in rope climbing check out Design District, Plano, and Grapevine.

I’m new—how do I start? Do you offer an intro class or a trial membership?
We’ve got you covered! Whether you’re learning the ropes or starting with bouldering, our intro classes are the perfect way to start your climbing journey. We also offer a 15-day trial membership that gives you unlimited access to climbing, yoga, and fitness—plus free gear rentals, access to both intro bouldering classes, and a waived initiation fee if you join afterward.
