✖️Bryan has been with Movement for 2 years and is a huge part of Grapevines fitness community
✖️He enjoys teaching people who want to make a positive change in their lives and push forward to become healthier. He states that’s the most enjoyable part of being a fitness coach.
✖️What Bryan like to do for fun outside of working out includes: climbing, long-boarding, archery, video games, building legos, and lots of other things that he wants to jump into and try.
✖️His favorite class to teach is Core, because it makes him join in and endure in the pain with everyone else while also developing a stronger core
✖️His favorite exercise is over head press, it is the exercise that feels the most powerful, to push the weight over your head and hold make you feel like Atlas (the titan in Greek mythology)

Now, we’re onto the next with SBS Design District right around the corner on May 10. Fun fact - this will be Design’s FIRST EVER bouldering comp (they grow up so fast 🥹)!
Missed the first one? No sweat - your season score will take into account your top 5 scored boulders from throughout the season, so you still have 2 opportunities to get your boulders in! But, competing in more events does give you more chances to score big! Climbed boulder #26 at 2 events as some of your top routes? That score counts twice. Pickin’ up what we’re puttin’ down? Learn more about scoring on our SBS info page at the link in bio! 🔗
