Say Hello to Linh! A beloved key holder at the Design District location and they have been with us since April 2024.
They love to cook, watch yellow jackets with their partner, socialize with friends, enjoy jean memes, and sip on a nice cup of warm ranch dressing on the patio. Their climbing journey began in rental shoes for over a year because they never took it too seriously. It wasn’t until their peers and elite athletes like Mao Nakamura, Erin McNeice, Annie Sanders, Sam Watson and Sorato Anraku that inspired them to climb harder. Their favorite class to teach is specifically Intro to Rope Climbing where they can help new climbers overcome their fear of falling and challenge their own expectations of what they can accomplish. Advice they would give to new climbers is - “if you have a body, you are an athlete, and all bodies are climbing bodies. Having the right mindset is just as, if not more important, than getting up the wall. Be Linhtentional [pun intended] in your movement and celebrate every small victory.”
Next time you see them, say hi, and be sure to question them about their ranch usage 🤪
