  • Total Body Fit

    Total Body Fit is dynamic, full-body strength and conditioning class designed to challenge all fitness levels. Combining weight training, bodyweight exercises, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), this class targets every muscle group to build strength, endurance, and improve overall fitness

  • Lifting Fundamentals

    This class is designed to teach you proper form and execution of different weightlifting exercises. The emphasis of this class is to focus on toning, strength, and building cardiovascular endurance. Lifting Fundamentals is ideal for people new to fitness programs, interested in cross training, and want overall strength and muscle burning experience.

  • Mat Pilates

    Mat Pilates is a full body workout focused on stretching and strengthening core muscles, improving posture, and enhancing overall body consciousness. Join us for a challenging and rewarding workout that can improve body awareness and help reduce injury on and off the wall.

    A weights based strength class focused on building core, stability and metabolic conditioning through power lifting and/or Olympic style lifting.

  • Core for Climbers + Mobility

    Two 30-minute classes! Take both, or stay for either half. 30mins of CORE focused workout to build a strong foundation for efficient climbing, followed by 30mins of mobility. Mobility explores in depth work for joint health and longevity. Using a mix of dynamic and static stretches to promote mobility and flexibility through a maximal range of motion.
