The much-loved home gym of Westchester County’s passionate climbing community, Movement Valhalla has served the Lower Hudson Valley region for over 15 years. In that time, we’ve served as a technical training ground for Gunks’ regulars, and a recreational space for local schools and summer camps. We are strongly dedicated to youth programs, and Valhalla offers some of the best youth coaching and development in the tri-state area.

We’re celebrating our Head Setter, Jeiel Serrantes, as he prepares to head west and take on his next adventure as Head Setter of Movement Portland! After 11 incredible years with us, it’s bittersweet but we’re so stoked for him! (I am not crying you’re crying.)
We’re searching for Valhalla’s next Head Setter!!!—until then, reach out to Regional Director Vini Campos (slide #2) with any questions. Val is a tight-knit crew with high standards, and you can count on us to keep delivering great setting as we enter a new chapter.

Our 2025 Pride shirts are here, illustrated by Rockville, Maryland-based artist @helena_pocket ! We’re donating $10 in proceeds from every shirt sold in June to local LGBTQIA+ community organization, @loftlgbtq.
The LOFT LGBTQ+ is a non-profit that serves the LGBTQ+ community of Westchester County, NY, and the Hudson Valley Region. Founded in 1983, The LOFT provides a broad range of services including in-person, virtual, and hybrid programs, support groups, social activities, and special events such as Westchester Pride Hosted by The LOFT, The Hudson Valley TransForum, and the Trans Support of The Hudson Valley (TSHV) program, which supports and empowers Transgender, General Non-Conforming, and Non-Binary (TGNCNB) communities.
About the artist: Helena is a Rockville, Maryland-based freelance illustrator whose work is infused with dreamy colors and nature-inspired vibes. With a portfolio spanning video games, product design, and a variety of other freelance work, Helena also actively engages with the local (and queer) art scene, frequently tabling at markets throughout the Baltimore and the DMV region (DC, MD, VA). 🌈
