Our Rock Solid Promise allows customers to return or exchange any retail product, for any reason within 45 days with proof of purchase. Exclusions apply. Exclusions:

• Clearance items and RSP discounted items are final sale.
• Excludes food and drink items .
• Excludes any weight-bearing or safety-rated equipment, unless unused and returned in original packaging with tags attached.
• Special ordered products, outside of our current assortment, are final sale.
• Warranty support is limited to the RSP 45 days. After 45 days, customers will need to contact the vendor directly.
