Alpine Fit
This class will focus on helping climbers and alpinists build muscular endurance for their next big adventure. The programming incorporates long, grinding intervals as opposed to the HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) typically seen in F10 Fitness and Basics classes. Workouts will be 30 to 40 minutes in length with light loads to help build both cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Alpine Fit will help you climb longer, build strength and stay light.

Core Fit
Build strength and stability in your entire core through a variety of circuit or mat based exercises, using light weights, kettlebells, and medicine balls.

This is an all-levels class where strength meets mobility. In this class, you’ll work on alignment and function of all basic lifts with an emphasis on natural training movements (running, jumping, crawling, climbing).
