We offer a mix of yoga styles to help each and every body find their balance—whether yoga is your main thing or a part of your cross-training plan. While we honor yoga tradition, we value modern health and wellness sciences. Categories of yoga include Vinyasa, Hatha, Gentle, and Specialty. Within each category, we offer the styles tailored to our unique community of teachers and students.

  • Yin + Meditation

    Yin yoga and meditation are practices of finding steadiness in discomfort. Working into individual stillness, this practice will encompass 4-5 shapes that are held for longer using props and breathing techniques to open the fascia and energy lines. Yogis are invited to experience stillness and longer holds to explore the sensations that arise in one’s body on many levels. Meditation is weaved throughout the practice. Layers are suggested as the body will likely cool during a yin practice. All levels are welcomed.

  • Flow

    Flow with your breath. Vinyasa classes ignite inner fire, improve cardiovascular fitness, make the spine more supple, and develop total-body coordination. A wide variety of poses link breath and movement, combined with sun salutations and standing postures.

  • Slow Flow

    Take your time savoring every pose and transition. Like all Vinyasa classes, a wide variety of poses are practiced linking breath with movement.

  • Foundations

    Say “hello” to a variety of everyday poses, alignment basics, and key concepts in yoga. Pose modifications are given for beginners, injured, and tighter students. Expect clear instructions, use of props, postural demonstrations, and lots of support from your teacher.

  • Restorative

    Slow your nervous system down. Props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body in only five or six poses, allowing you to relax and rest completely. May incorporate meditation and breathing exercises. Perfect when you’re feeling drained or stressed.

  • Anusara

    This style of yoga emphasizes the five Universal Principles of Alignment. Open to Grace, Muscular Energy, Inner and Outer spiral, and Organic Energy. These principles provide a safe and effective framework for a yoga practice. Anusara means “flowing with grace, flowing with nature, and following your heart”. This practice aligns the heart with the body and the body with the breath.
