On April 6, Movement will launch a new member account and booking portal designed to make your gym experience smoother and easier to navigate.
With the new portal, you’ll be able to book classes, join waitlists, and view your visits and purchases all in one place.
Your existing memberships, passes, and account information will transfer automatically, so there’s nothing you need to recreate or sign again.

how to access the new portal
Starting April 6, you’ll be able to access the new portal directly from our website.
Look for the “My Account” link on the Movement website.

From there, you’ll sign in using the email address or phone number currently on your Movement account. For security, the new portal uses a one-time password, so you’ll receive a verification code when logging in.
If you need to update your contact information before the launch, stop by the Front Desk and our team will help you update it.

facility impacts during system launch
As we transition to the new portal, there will be brief operational impacts at all gyms. Our team will be navigating the new system, so we appreciate your patience during this time.
