When is Movement Timonium open, and what are the least busy times?
Movement Timonium is open Monday–Friday, 9am–10pm, and Saturday, 8am-8pm and Sunday, 8am–6pm. The gym tends to be quietest weekday mornings and early afternoons.

Where is Movement Timonium located, and how do I get there (parking + transit)?
Movement Timonium is located at 1930 Greenspring Drive in Timonium, Maryland. The gym is easily accessible by car, with plenty of parking available in the lot and surrounding area, and is conveniently located near I-83. Local MTA bus routes also serve the area, making it accessible by public transit.

What amenities does Movement Timonium have (bouldering, rope climbing, yoga/fitness, showers, etc.)?
Movement Timonium offers extensive rope climbing with top-rope and lead walls reaching up to approximately 51 feet, along with a large bouldering area for all skill levels. The gym also includes unlimited yoga and fitness classes, a fully equipped strength and conditioning area, locker rooms with showers, and an on-site gear shop with member discounts. Community events, clinics, and social meetups are regularly hosted to help climbers connect.

I’m new—how do I start? Do you offer an intro class or a trial membership?
We’ve got you covered! Whether you’re learning the ropes or starting with bouldering, our intro classes are the perfect way to start your climbing journey. We also offer a 15-day trial membership that gives you unlimited access to climbing, yoga, and fitness—plus free gear rentals, access to both intro bouldering and intro ropes classes, and a waived initiation fee if you join afterward.
