    A conditioning class that focuses on strengthening your legs and core so that you can ski, snowboard and hike the slopes all season long.

    The great outdoors await! Trail Fit is a strength and conditioning class that focuses on endurance, improving balance, core strength, and lower body power so that you can effectively and efficiently trail run, hike, or ski any mountain.

    A weights based strength class focused on building core, stability and metabolic conditioning through power lifting and/or Olympic style lifting.

    Increase strength, fitness, and flexibility through a variety of body weight and light weight exercises targeting functional movement in this all levels, fun and challenging class.

  • Total Body Circuit + Mobility

    Increase strength, fitness, and flexibility through a variety of body weight and light weight exercises targeting functional movement in this all levels, fun and challenging class. End the class with a focus on injury Prevention/Rehabilitation. Build range of motion using a mix of dynamic and static stretches and exercises. Improving mobility increases performance in any form of movement, as well as compliments strength/sport training by keeping the joints healthy.

    Pilates Sculpt is a full body workout focused on stretching and strengthening core muscles, improving posture, and enhancing overall body consciousness.
