    Get ready to shred pow! Ski Fit is an interval training class that focuses on endurance, improving balance, core strength and lower body power so that you can effectively and efficiently tackle the slopes.

  • Alpine Fit

    Seasonal

    This class will focus on helping climbers and alpinists build muscular endurance for their next big adventure. The programming incorporates long, grinding intervals as opposed to the HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) typically seen in F10 Fitness and Basics classes. Workouts will be 30 to 40 minutes in length with light loads to help build both cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Alpine Fit will help you climb longer, build strength and stay light.

  • Functional Strength Training for Climbers

    FSTC combines body weight training, climbing specific movements and functional core work to improve strength, balance, and stability through the entire body. This class also provides intentional mobility work to increase range of motion, help you become a more agile, and lessen the chance of injury in common areas where climbers tend to develop instability

    This class is designed to teach you proper form and execution of different weightlifting exercises. The emphasis of this class is to focus on toning, strength, and building cardiovascular endurance.
