Recreational Team Programs
Rec Team Program is a recreational-level climbing team program with a multi-month commitment. Youth athletes will attend regular weekly team practice based on their level + age.
Youth Coaches will help athletes develop foundational skills + techniques while bouldering, introduce strength + conditioning concepts, practice risk management, work on problem-solving skills + collaborate with their teammates.
The Rec Team Program will offer a progressive, skill-building experience within a more relaxed environment to support youth athletes in achieving their climbing goals.
All Rec Team Programs are a multi-month commitment to allow coaches to create progressions and support individual athlete growth.
