We invite you to join our vinyasa morning flow with a focus on grounding, releasing, and connecting to mind, body, and breath.
This hour long class is an opportunity to check in with your chakras and allow nurturing movement.

Yoga For Climbers
Thursday | 8AM
These classes are specifically designed to serve as both cross-training and recovery for rock climbers.
Movement sequences are flow-based and include mobility, stability, hand-eye coordination, grip strength, and endurance drills.

Slow Flow
Friday | 7PM
Students will experience a purposeful warm-up that prepares them for the main vinyasa sequence and peak pose before being guided into a cool down toward the end of class.
Instructor Sabrina creates thoughtfully curated playlists with music that follows the arc of her classes.
