Sculpt Flow
Lift, lengthen and tone in this mat-based, high-energy, full-body workout. This musically-driven class is designed to build lean muscle and a strong core while also working on stretching, alignment, and balance. Power Flow
Power Flow classes are a strong, challenging version of Vinyasa classes. The focus will be on strength, endurance, stability, and may include more arm balance and inversions.
