Align + Flow
Align + Flow combines two of our popular formats into one distinct class. The first half will highlight technical alignment work, finding subtle focal points to deepen your positioning and build up a sequence. The second half will flow through the crafted sequence, practicing alignment and engaged movement. A great option for both those wanting to learn more and those looking to move.

Ashtanga
Ashtanga yoga combines Pranayama (breath), Drishti (focus), and Asana (physical postures) in a structured and well-balanced sequence. It is a moving meditation that draws on the intelligent order of postures and vinyasa to help build physical strength and mental focus. The led class structure consists of building the traditional Primary sequence. Repetition of this rigorous sequence allows for deeper exploration and comparison of progress over time.Price: Day Pass | Member Price: Free

Yin
Stretch deeply. Yin postures are held for longer periods of time to stimulate and release connective tissues. Various props, such as myofascial release balls, are often used for greater decompression. If props are recommended, the instructor will give options for props commonly found at home at the beginning of class.
