Sign up for a Private Coach

Our coaches work with climbers of all ages and abilities, and many coaches specialize in working with specific groups of students or teaching specific topics. Once you submit this request we will search for an instructor who meets your needs, and this instructor will reach out to you directly to schedule a lesson. This usually takes 2 to 4 business days, but can vary depending on the timing and specificity of your request.

If we need any more information from you, or if you request it in this form, our Programs Manager will reach out to you to talk further before proceeding with the booking. When considering private instruction, please keep in mind our cancellation policy: Last minute cancellation (within 24 hours) or a no show, result in a forfeiture of that scheduled session and payment. If you need to reschedule a session, contact your coach at least 24 hours in advance. The climbing gym and the coaches reserve the right to change coaching rates. At least 30 days’ notice will be provided for any rate changes for future sessions. Personal coaching is a non-refundable, non-transferable purchase. Personal coaching sessions will expire 6 months after purchase.
