We offer a mix of yoga styles to help each and every body find their balance—whether yoga is your main thing or a part of your cross-training plan. While we honor yoga tradition, we value modern health and wellness sciences. Categories of yoga include Vinyasa, Hatha, Gentle, and Specialty. Slow Flow + Yin
A combination class that incorporates linking breath and movement through slow flow vinyasas and stimulating and releasing connective tissues through deep stretches. Yin postures are held for longer periods of time to stimulate and release connective tissues. Various props, such as myofascial release balls, are often used for greater decompression. If props are recommended, the instructor will give options for props commonly found at home at the beginning of class.
