When is Movement Design District open, and what are the least busy times?
Movement Design District is open Monday through Friday from 6am to 11pm, Saturday from 8am to 8pm, and Sunday from 8am to 6pm. The gym is typically quietest on weekday mornings and early afternoons, while mid-day on weekends tends to be less busy than evenings.

Where is Movement Design District located, and how do I get there (parking + transit)?
Movement Design District isĀ locatedĀ at 141 Glass St, Dallas, Texas. The gym offers free parking to the right side of the building. We offer additionalĀ parkingĀ across theĀ from theĀ buildingĀ on Glass Street andĀ in the lot on the cornerĀ of Glass Street and N Riverfront Blvd. Avoid parking behind theĀ buildingĀ as we do notĀ monitor this area. ItāsĀ convenientlyĀ locatedĀ near major roads, and local bus routes service the neighborhood for those arriving by public transit.Ā

Movement Design District offers rope climbing, bouldering, aĀ fitness mezzanineĀ with weight and cardio equipment, andĀ unlimited yoga and fitness classes.Ā Youāll also find locker rooms with showers, a gear shop, and community lounge areas. Ā

Weāve got you covered! Whether youāre learning the ropes or starting with bouldering, our intro classes are the perfect way to start your climbing journey. We also offer a 15-day trial membership that gives you unlimited access to climbing, yoga, and fitnessāplus free gear rentals, access to both intro bouldering classes, and a waived initiation fee if you join afterward.
