  • Introduction to Training

Climbing can seem intimidating at first. We try and try, but we’re a little aimless at the gym sometimes. Sound familiar? That’s why we created Intro to Training. This two-day program will help you figure out an approach to your training so that your time in the gym is intentional and well-spent—while still leaving room for some fun. You’ll set goals and learn drills focused on building strength and endurance. How it goes is you’ll watch, listen, and learn from an expert coach—then get lots of practice. Plus, you’ll go home with a training plan. Some experience helps but the main prereq is being ready to make progress toward your personal best.
