    Designed to improve upper body and leg strength, core stability, and balance  – this class is focused on the skier, alpinist and mountain climber looking to get fit for their seasonal activities.

    A weights based strength class focused on building core, stability and metabolic conditioning through power lifting and/or Olympic style lifting.

  • Functional Strength Training for Climbers

    FSTC combines bodyweight training, climbing specific movements, and functional core work to improve strength, balance, and stability through the entire body. It’s also an upper body and core workout that focuses on utilizing the TRX Suspension Training System to build strong upper bodies, and can be adapted to focus on the functional strength movements that matter most to you.
