And we change things up seasonally to help you crush it on the slopes, water, trail, or at the crag.

  • Zumba

    Zumba is a dance fitness party! High-energy instruction + cueing and Latin + Worldwide rhythms help take the “work” out of your workout. Zumba is designed for all ages and all bodies – no previous experience in Zumba, exercise, or dance is required – just be ready to move and have fun!

  • Bootcamp

    Bootcamp gets you moving! Join us for high-energy exercise and training with a variety of modalities cued and paced enthusiastically. Options are provided to make this cardio and strength-oriented workout accessible to all.

    A high intensity interval training run in a circuit style class that combines calisthenics, strength training and cardio all in one session.

  • Climbing Conditioning

    Fitness training for climbing. Build strength and power through a circuit of weighted exercises, plyos, and core exercises. This class includes training movements to help you strengthen as a climber and antagonistic movements to help your mobility, longevity, and active recovery.

  • Mobility

    Build range of motion using a mix of dynamic and static stretches and exercises. Active Recovery classes can help to accelerate the recovery process from soreness and injuries.

  • Sculpt

    Lift, lengthen and tone in this mat-based, high-energy, full-body workout. This musically-driven class is designed to build lean muscle and a strong core while also working on stretching, alignment, and balance. Sculpt blends HIIT, mat pilates, and Yoga to create a non-stop, heart-pumping, deep muscle burning workout that increases your stamina and strength. This class takes place in our Yoga studio.
