Power Vinyasa classes are a strong, challenging version of Vinyasa classes. The focus will be on strength, endurance, and stability, and may include more arm balance and inversions. Say “hello” to a variety of everyday poses, alignment basics, and key concepts in yoga. Pose modifications are given for beginners, injured, and tighter students. Expect clear instructions, use of props, postural demonstrations, and lots of support from your teacher.

Ashtanga Inspired
Ashtanga yoga combines Pranayama (breath), Drishti (focus), and Asana (physical postures) in a structured and well-balanced sequence. It is a moving meditation that draws on the intelligent order of postures and vinyasa to help build physical strength and mental focus. The led class structure consists of building the traditional Primary sequence. Repetition of this rigorous sequence allows for deeper exploration and comparison of progress over time.
