Flow
Flow with your breath. Vinyasa classes ignite inner fire, improve cardiovascular fitness, make the spine more supple, and develop total-body coordination. A wide variety of poses link breath and movement, combined with sun salutations and standing postures.

Power Flow
Power Flow classes are a strong, challenging version of Vinyasa classes. The focus will be on strength, endurance, stability, and may include more arm balance and inversions. Like all Vinyasa classes, a wide variety of poses link breath and movement, combined with sun salutations and standing postures.

Yin
Stretch deeply. Yin postures are held for longer periods of time to stimulate and release connective tissues. Various props, such as myofascial release balls, are often used for greater decompression. If props are recommended, the instructor will give options for props commonly found at home at the beginning of class.

Restorative Yoga is a practice of conscious relaxation. Restorative postures position the body in a variety of shapes that calm the nervous system, relax the body and facilitate healing.
