We offer a mix of yoga styles to help each and every body find their balance—whether yoga is your main thing or a part of your cross-training plan. While we honor yoga tradition, we value modern health and wellness sciences. Categories of yoga include Vinyasa, Hatha, Gentle, and Specialty. Within each category, we offer the styles tailored to our unique community of teachers and students.

how much does a yoga class cost?
As long as you are checked into the gym, you can take any class! All members can take any classes they’d like completely complimentary, otherwise it is simply the price of a day pass.

What should I wear to a yoga class?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes that allow freedom of movement.

Do I need to bring my own mat or props?
We have mats, blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters, and towels available to borrow, but feel free to bring your own if preferred!

Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?
No! Yoga is for all levels and all bodies, and you don’t need to be flexible to start. Yoga will help improve your flexibility over time, and your instructors will offer options as needed.

Is yoga suitable for beginners?
Yes! Our yoga classes are designed for all levels, including beginners. Our instructors will provide options and customizations throughout.

How early should I arrive?
Arrive 10-15 minutes early, especially if it’s your first class, so you can check in, get set up, and let the instructor know if you have any injuries or limitations.

Can I attend yoga if I have an injury?
Yes, but consult with your doctor first if you have serious injuries. Always inform the instructor about any physical limitations so they can suggest options or alternative poses.

Do I have access to the rest of the gym?
Yes! Drop-in for a class, then stay and relax in our sauna, lounge on the couches, or try to solve a boulder problem! Your drop-in gives you access to all of the gym’s amenities for the full day.
