    Train smarter, together. Small Group Personal Training gives you and up to three friends the chance to work with a Movement personal trainer in a focused, 60-minute session. You choose the topic – whether it’s perfecting your squat, dialing in deadlift form, mastering kettlebells, or building climbing-specific strength – and we’ll design the session around your goals. Learn essential movements, sharpen your technique, and stay motivated with your crew by your side.
