Maintain your health and wellness—and increase performance. Categorically, we’ve got an innovative mix of strength, conditioning, and recovery classes. Within each category, we offer styles tailored to our unique community of teachers and students. And we change things up seasonally to help you crush it on the slopes, water, trail, or at the crag.

  • F10 Strength

    This class will focus specifically on Olympic movements. This class will be for those who are wanting to focus on strength and power, as well as improving mobility and technique. F10 Strength will be specifically programmed using periodization working muscular strength adn endurance. Other movements/modalities will also include snatches, cleans and jerks. Class structure will be a 5-10 minute warm up and 45-50 minutes of focused Olympic lifting practice.
