Yoga For Climbers

This class incorporates vinyasa and hatha within flows. This class is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of beginner athletes, to individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha and vinyasa yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility, and power in a unified format. Overcome the mystery of yoga with a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness. Flexibility, Strength, and Balance
WEDNESDAY | 6:45 PM – 7:45 PM
This class is suitable for beginners and intermediate students where you will build strength and improve flexibility.
It includes basic actions for standing poses, forward and back bending poses.
Modifications will be given as necessary for those new to yoga or with injuries.

Acro Calisthenics
FRIDAY | 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
This class uses acrobatics and calisthenics drills to access a greater functional range of motion. Your joints are going to love it, and you’ll be feeling more confident with your climbing!
Some movements we will work though will be upper extremity pushing with inversions, full body mobility with breakdance inspired flows, and much more. Classes will be lead by movement enthusiast, Josh Kang.
