We offer a mix of yoga styles to help each and every body find their balance—whether yoga is your main thing or a part of your cross-training plan. While we honor yoga tradition, we value modern health and wellness sciences. Categories of yoga include Vinyasa, Hatha, Gentle, and Specialty. Within each category, we offer the styles tailored to our unique community of teachers and students.

  • Yoga For Climbers

    MONDAY | 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

    This class incorporates vinyasa and hatha within flows. This class is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of beginner athletes, to individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha and vinyasa yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility, and power in a unified format. Overcome the mystery of yoga with a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness. Reduce your risk of injury and augment recovery for ailments including stress, lower back pain, and tension.

  • Flexibility, Strength, and Balance

    WEDNESDAY | 6:45 PM – 7:45 PM

    This class is suitable for beginners and intermediate students where you will build strength and improve flexibility.

    It includes basic actions for standing poses, forward and back bending poses.

    Modifications will be given as necessary for those new to yoga or with injuries.

  • AcroYoga

    FRIDAY | 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

    Join us for an introductory Acro Yoga class aimed to teach you new skills to impress your mom. But most importantly to explore your own hidden strengths, while making some new friends along the way.

    Acroyoga is a partner (>2 athletes) acrobatics practice that pushes athletes to find balance through creative positions and flows.

    Acro Teacher Josh Kang will guide you through basic “L-base” positions to get you started on your acro journey! Though this is a partner practice, feel free to come by yourself and make some friends in class.

    This is a very adaptable sport, so no prerequisite skills are necessary; just a good attitude to learn.
