Movement Lincoln Park offers more than 43,000 square feet of climbing and fitness facilities to the active and creative community in Lincoln Park. This gym has more than 200 routes on walls topping out at 56-feet high – ample space for every age and ability. We love helping new climbers learn and offer several introductory classes. In addition, we are a full-service gym with amenities like cardio equipment and weights, fitness and yoga classes, expert instructors, and a fully-stocked gear shop.

    🥳 Zumba: A fun class that incorporates Latin-inspired dance moves to give you the perfect cardio workout. Now on the schedule! 

    👐Sculpt: This mat-based, high-energy, full-body workout blends HIIT, mat pilates, and Yoga to create a non-stop, heart-pumping, deep muscle-burning workout that increases your stamina and strength.

You’ll learn principles needed to drive movement from your toes, how to position your body and use handholds efficiently, and use breath to support your mind and movement. Then you’ll get time to practice your projects with feedback from our coaches! After this class, you should have the knowledge and skills to attempt most climbs through v4!
