💪Fitness: Climbing Conditioning (similar to Climbing Training), Total Body Fit, Core Fit, Zumba and Boot Camp.
🥳 Zumba: A fun class that incorporates Latin-inspired dance moves to give you the perfect cardio workout. Now on the schedule!
👐Sculpt: This mat-based, high-energy, full-body workout blends HIIT, mat pilates, and Yoga to create a non-stop, heart-pumping, deep muscle-burning workout that increases your stamina and strength.
