When is Movement San Francisco open, and what are the least busy times?
Movement San Francisco is open Monday–Friday, 6am–11pm, Saturday, 8am-8pm and Sunday, 8am–6pm. The gym is usually quietest in the mornings and early afternoons on weekdays and afternoons and evenings on weekends.

Where is Movement San Francisco located, and how do I get there (parking + transit)?
Movement San Francisco is located in the Presidio National Park at 924 Old Mason St. We’re steps from Golden Gate Bridge and all what the Presidio has to offer, and near bus routes 30 & 28. Limited paid parking is available in the gym’s immediate vicinity. Parking is also available along Old Mason and by the horse stables on McDowell. All lots are Paid Parking enforced by the Presidio. Bike parking is available.

What amenities does Movement San Francisco have (bouldering, rope climbing, yoga/fitness, showers, etc.)?
Movement San Francisco offers rope climbing with walls up to 45 ft., two floors of bouldering, a Kilter Board, and a fully stocked fitness space with weight and cardio equipment. Members also enjoy unlimited yoga and fitness classes, a gear shop, a community lounge, and locker rooms with showers, and dry saunas. The facility is ADA accessible with accessible restrooms and climbing areas.

I’m new—how do I start? Do you offer an intro class or a trial membership?
We’ve got you covered! Whether you’re learning the ropes or starting with bouldering, our intro classes are the perfect way to start your climbing journey. We also offer a 15-day trial membership that gives you unlimited access to climbing, yoga, and fitness—plus free gear rentals, access to both intro bouldering and intro ropes classes, and a waived initiation fee if you join afterward.
