- At the Farrington Field parking lot directly across the street from the gym.

Southern Bouldering Series is back with a new format! Three comps, two qualifiers leading to one epic finale โ plus, after parties all around:
- April 12 @ Denton
- May 10 @ Design District
- June 7 @ Plano (Grand Finale with finals round for Advanced + Open!)
Rankings accumulate across events, building toward crowning series champions at the finale. Compete in one or both qualifiersโ but compete in all 3 events for the best chance at placing well (and to get the full series experience)!

โ๏ธBryan has been with Movement for 2 years and is a huge part of Grapevines fitness community
โ๏ธHe enjoys teaching people who want to make a positive change in their lives and push forward to become healthier. He states thatโs the most enjoyable part of being a fitness coach.
โ๏ธWhat Bryan like to do for fun outside of working out includes: climbing, long-boarding, archery, video games, building legos, and lots of other things that he wants to jump into and try.
โ๏ธHis favorite class to teach is Core, because it makes him join in and endure in the pain with everyone else while also developing a stronger core
โ๏ธHis favorite exercise is over head press, it is the exercise that feels the most powerful, to push the weight over your head and hold make you feel like Atlas (the titan in Greek mythology)

Michael is our newest addition to the DFW leadership team (despite working here for a full year this month)! Originally from Boston, this girl dad of 2 daughters is a huge sports enthusiast who loves basketball, football, and baseball. Around here, we also know Michael to be a top-tier vest connoisseur ๐ฆบ
David started climbing in 2017 (actually with our friends @movementgymsdmv!) and has been passionate about fitness well before that - he even used to manage our fitness program! This Maryland native is a proud pet dad to 3 huskies and 2 cats. When he`s not connecting with members at the front desk (his favorite part of the job!), you might catch him playing lacrosse or coaching the JP LAX team!
Both of these guys are super friendly and love to chat - so next time you see `em in the gym, don`t be shy, say hi! ๐
