- Intro Team: Thursdays 3-5 PM
- Intermediate Team: Tuesdays & Thursdays 3-5 PM
- Advanced Team: Mondays & Wednesdays 3-5:30 PM
- Comp Team: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 3-5:30 PM
